However, due to carrier limitations, we currently do not ship to the following restricted locations:

Order Processing Time

All orders require 3–5 business days for processing before shipment.

Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

Order Tracking

Delayed or Lost Packages

Incorrect Address

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us before your order ships.

  • Once shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes or rerouting.
  • LoomNook is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Split Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple packages if items require separate handling, originate from different warehouses, or exceed weight limitations.

This does not affect your shipping charges.

Customs or import fees (if applicable) are not covered by LoomNook.

These charges, if incurred, are the responsibility of the customer according to local regulations.
