We want you to be completely satisfied with your LoomNook purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return process.
30-Day Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days from the date you receive your order (“delivery date”).
The return request must be submitted within this 30-day period.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following:

Item is in unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition.

All original tags, labels, and packaging (including silk wrap, boxes, and accessories) are included.

You provide clear photos showing the item’s condition before return approval.

Item was not marked as Final Sale, Non-Returnable, or similar on the product page.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at support@loomnook.com with:
- Order number
- Item(s) you want to return or exchange
- Reason for the return
- Photos of the item(s)
- We will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Once authorized, the return package must be shipped out within 7 business days.
📌 Note: Unauthorized returns or returns shipped to the wrong address may not be processed.
Return Shipping Fee
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, regardless of the reason for return.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Wrong size or color
- Change of mind
- Unwanted gift
- Delayed delivery due to courier operations
- Any return request initiated by the customer
LoomNook does not provide prepaid return labels.
Customers are strongly encouraged to use a trackable shipping method. LoomNook is not responsible for lost or untrackable return packages.
Exchanges
Exchanges follow the same process as returns:
- Customer sends back the original item at their own cost.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement (subject to availability).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final Sale or Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized / custom items
- Hygiene-sensitive accessories (unless unopened and in original packaging)
Order Errors & Damaged Items
If you received the wrong item or a damaged product:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- We will assist with a solution (replacement or refund).

However, return shipping is still paid by the customer under this policy.
