Refund Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of the date you received your item.

All refunds follow the conditions below.

Eligibility for Refunds

To receive a refund:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Items must not be marked as Final Sale, Non-returnable, or Clearance
  • Return must be authorized before sending items back

Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • The original shipping fee (if charged) is non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once your return arrives at our facility:

  1. We inspect the item(s) within 3–5 business days.
  2. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  3. Your bank or card issuer may take 2–5 business days to finalize the credit.

If the return does not meet eligibility requirements, it will not qualify for a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos.

We will reship or refund the item at no cost to you.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Final sale items
  • Personalized orders
  • Gift cards
  • Hazardous or perishable items (if applicable)
  • Items returned in used or worn condition

International Refunds

For international orders:

  • Duties and taxes charged by customs cannot be refunded
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

Responsibility of Returned Items

Returned parcels remain the customer’s responsibility until received by our warehouse.

We strongly recommend:

  • Using secure packaging
  • Keeping return tracking information

We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect address or customer negligence.
